Roblox Fullscreen Flickering

Ive been messing around with it and i found a way to stop it outside of switching to borderlesswindowed mode. Right after clicking all the options from the toolbar will disappear along with the minimize maximize and close icon at the top. The next day when i go fullscreen i get screen tearing and drop to what feels like 20 30 fps mixed with it bouncing to 60 inbetween even though the roblox stats says i am getting 60 fps solid.

In game its likely running at 60fps with the flicker and the game capture tools capture at 30fps making the illusion that its fixed.
